  • Do I need a gym membership to follow the workouts?

    No. You can train at home or in a gym. The program adapts to your environment, and we’ll guide you with workouts tailored to the equipment you have access to.

  • What if I’ve never trained before or have taken a long break?

    No problem. We meet you where you're at. Whether you're starting fresh or getting back on track, our approach builds momentum without overwhelm—so you can train hard, stay consistent, and grow from day one.

  • How much time do I need to commit each week?

    Just 2 or more sessions a week, 45 or more minutes each. It’s designed for people with busy schedules who want results without living in the gym. Every session is efficient, intentional, and built to push your limits.

  • Can I get results without tracking calories?

    Yes. While tracking can speed things up, we also provide simple, sustainable nutrition strategies that don’t require counting every gram. You'll learn how to eat for energy, muscle, and fat loss—without obsessing over numbers.

  • What kind of support will I get as a client?

    You’ll have direct access to me through the app for check-ins, support, and guidance. Premium clients also get optional calls. You’re not doing this alone—we move as a unit.
